William Weston is a partner at Weston Herzog LLP, where he leads the civil litigation practice group.
Mr. Weston has more than 35 years of civil trial experience. He has litigated, from inception through appeal, a wide range of cases including, commercial premises and property liability, products liability, automobile liability, intentional torts, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, construction defect, pharmacy error, medical malpractice and other matters. Mr. Weston has extensive experience in defending catastrophic losses, including wrongful death and substantial injury matters.
Having received is formal training as a mediator through Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, Mr. Weston serves as a private mediator and has previously served as a pro bono mediator and arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Mr. Weston has also taught courses in employment law and paralegal studies at Los Angeles Valley College.
