Golnoush Goharzad is a litigation associate at Weston Herzog LLP in the civil litigation practice group.
Ms. Goharzad completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude and earning Bachelors of Arts degrees in both Political Science and Psychology.
She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2007. While attending law school, Ms. Goharzad served as the USC National Street Law Program Community Outreach Chair. She was a quarterfinalist in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, a participant in the Traynor Appellate Moot Court Competition, and earned honors grades in Advanced Moot Court Briefs.
Since becoming a member of the California State Bar, Ms. Goharzad has gained extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, including cases involving product liability, catastrophic losses, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, negligent security, and intentional torts. She has also gained experience in cases of fraud, breach of contract, unlawful business practices, breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice.
Ms. Goharzad brings a unique perspective to personal injury defense matters, having spent several years as a member of the plaintiffs’ bar before joining Weston Herzog LLP.
