Mr. Shardlow graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He
majored in accounting, and pursued triple-minors in finance, philosophy and Spanish. He earned his
Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.
Mr. Shardlow has more than 31 years of civil trial experience. He has tried more than 100 cases to jury
verdict. His vast experience includes litigating a broad spectrum of cases such as premises liability,
motor vehicle accidents, intentional torts, wrongful death, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims,
employment discrimination, product liability, real property disputes, contractual disputes, and other
matters.
He has been a member of the California State Bar since 1982.
