WARD SCHACHT

Mr. Schacht earned his law degree from Southwestern University Law School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Southwestern University Law Review.  He also completed externships in the United States District Court for the Central District of California in the Chambers of Judge Dean D. Pregerson and Federal Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Hillman.

Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2004, Mr. Schacht has focused on civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of personal injury matters and business disputes.  His experience includes employment law, contracts, real property, unfair business practices, sales and corporation formation and dissolution.

Before entering law school, Mr. Schacht worked in the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. as a legislative aid to Representative George R. Nethercutt, Jr.  He graduated from Washington State University in 1998 with a degree in Criminal Justice.
