Mr. Hammack obtained his Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California,
Riverside, and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law.
Since his admission to the California Bar in 1999, Mr. Hammack has developed trial and litigation experience in
the defense of professional liability, premises liability, product liability, landlord-tenant, negligence, and
motor vehicle actions. In addition to his extensive experience litigating personal injury actions, Mr. Hammack
has represented physicians, hospitals, attorneys, land surveyors, architects, and other professionals in
malpractice litigation. Mr. Hammack also has experience drafting appellate briefs, and litigating insurance
coverage actions.
Mr. Hammack is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of California as well as the United States
District Court, Central District of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
