Ms. Cipriano is an associate in the firm’s workers’ compensation practice group. She completed her undergraduate studies at
the State University of New York at Buffalo with double-majors in English and a combined Sociology and Political Science
special major. She then attended California Western School of Law, graduating in two years after completing an accelerated program.
For the first to years of her career, Ms. Cipriano worked at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office where she gained
valuable litigation experience and fine-tuned her negotiation skills. Since then, she has specialized in the defense of workers’
compensation cases. She has substantial experience representing self-insured employers, insurance carriers and third party
adjusting agencies before Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California.
She also has civil litigation experience, having defended cases involving general and premises liability, manufacturer and
products liability, motor carrier trucking, automobile liability, transportation and construction defects. She is a trained
mediator and has mediated a variety of disputes including small claims court, Girls Rehabilitation Center, and Juvenile Hall.
Her Pro Bono work experience includes volunteering for the American Arbitration Association and Legal Aid Society.
Ms. Cipriano has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2000.
