Mr. Bowen is an associate in the firm’s general litigation group. He received his law degree
from William & Mary’s School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Kaufman & Canoles Writing Award, and the
Gambrell Professionalism Award. He also served as co-chairman for the Public Service Fund, where he helped to
raise substantial finds for student public service projects. In addition, he worked as an editor of the
Environmental Law and Policy Review. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in creative studies with an emphasis in
literature from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999.
Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2004, Mr. Bowen has worked in the insurance defense
field, representing corporate clients in a variety of matters. Mr. Bowen has concentrated his practice on
civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of premises liability, negligence, motor vehicle, product
liability, construction defect, security, employment law, and construction defect cases. He has handled civil
actions from inception to jury trial and through appeal.
Mr. Bowen is admitted to practice in the state of California and the United States District Courts
for all Districts located in California. Mr. Bowen volunteers his time at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s
Domestic Violence Clinic.
